Online shopping has become the most easiest way to avoid long lines and save time, but it also has become a way for internet scammers and thiefs to try to rob you of your honest living.
Step 1
Shop at websites you know. If you've never heard of rinky dinky and they're having the lowest prices of the year, be wary of the website it may be a scam to get your information.
Step 2
Use the safe shop if they offer it. Some online stores now offer temporary credit card numbers when you shop so your real credit card information is never seen.
Step 3
Use prepaid or preloaded cards. If you don't want to use your credit or debit card online, try buying cards that are preloaded with the amount that you want and use those to purchase items for everyone or give them the cards themselves.
Step 4
Shopping online has it's advantages, they will have lower prices than you would at the store and they will send it practically anywhere for any time of the year.
